Items paid recently : $100 to Val Halla for meetings, $40 fee for incorporation papers, the Polaris was paid for and was less than expected. Total amount was $7279 including studs and tax.

Sun Nov 7 there was a work detail. The clubhouse ramp was fixed with pressure treated lumber. Tim Maloney, Chris Cyr, Joe Arsenault, John Cary, Matt Chandler, Mike Creamer and his sons Mikey and Buddy helped out.
The power line bridges were inspected and both were down stream.
Jim Hodge from Val Halla showed up at the meeting and stated that the Doans were shutting down the trail this year. He needs to mark the trail before the ground freezes. Jim stated there is a trail that goes to the far end of Crossing Brook and that he would be willing to show us where that goes in hopes we can reroute the trail. His left his contact numbers.
Sunday November 21st at 9:00am signs need to be put out.
